Weddings in September

Welcome to the first post about handy suggestions for your Wedding Day… in September 2015!  There’s still 1 year to organize everything!

Above all, the proper location for your Wedding Party is a Wine Farm on grape harvest time.

What about colors? Two options: Green & Cream or Bordeaux & Ivory colored.

Wine tasting under Sommelliers’s guidance will clearly drive the wedding reception, but you might pay close attention to those who don’t drink spirits: you might consider soft drinks too.

Choose then your colors in order to adorn the tables and chairs. Your centerpieces will be a fish bowl filled with corks.

A simple tableau de mariage can be barrel-shaped using cardboard and spray paint. Pin green or bordeaux tags with the names of your tables, using wine names: Champagne or New Wine for the Newlyweds. Then Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon, Riesling, Rioja, Pinot, Merlot, Cabernet, Cirò, Lagrein, Sauternes, Chardonnay, Syrah, Moscato, Malvasia, etc etc.

A bottle of red or white wine could be the proper party favor of this Wedding theme. A bottle opener is an alternative.

Triple T for Weddings: Themes, Tables and Tableaux de Mariage

Dear Brides and Grooms to be,

planning your Big Day, you should consider the driving Theme and the decoration of the Tables. Don’t forget your  Tableau de mariage too, which can help giving your personal touch and making unforgettable your Marriage. Always bear in mind the Three T of your Wedding Day!

It is complicated planning the tables for a Wedding reception , so if you can arrange your Guests around one table only, put it on your thinking cap, this is my suggestion 😉
Notwithstanding, restaurants rarely give this possibility to Couples, so you should plan the reception room giving a name to the Tables and realizing a Tableau.

Just to start, how many Wedding guests you will have? How many people per table? Ok, this is a hard work:  you should form well – balanced tables and put together people with similar interests (it cannot looks like long to you, but the whole day will last a lot for your guests!)

You can choose or not a table apart for you two, guys. Once established the total number of  the tables, you can turn to your Driving Theme, in order to choose a name for your tables and a related topic for your Tableau de Mariage.

General themes fit well for everyone, but you should look for the very Theme of You Two.

Dear All,

every Country has its own customs and traditions… nothing could be more true than this, talking about Weddings!

On Italy for example we don’t have Bridesmaids. Italy can be considered the Home of Confetti ‘s tradition but it is not spread all over the world…

So this blog of mine doesn’ t want to enter into the merits of cultural habits and/or faith, but it suggests creative ideas to organize a memorable Wedding Day for you – Brides and Grooms to be – focusing on Wedding Dresses, Wedding invitations, Wedding Day’s themes, colours and Honey Moon!!
